A non-profit think tank based in Ontario, Canada, devoted to studying security transitions in fragile states, known as security sector reform (SSR). CSG conducts innovative, policy-oriented research using various methods, maintains a global network of professionals in peace and security, and runs a publication program featuring original research on security and governance issues.
