It is a non-profit organization that aims to promote a movement for knowledge-led change toward greater freedom and prosperity. Its core mission is to conduct rigorous, relevant, and independent research to guide advocacy and grassroots efforts for policy change. Its research is a mix of academic and advocacy-oriented work and plays an important role in setting reform agendas and implementing relevant policies. It researches various sectors and issues, examining them through the lenses of market-led economic growth, policy constraints, and creating a favorable business environment.
