Halifax International Security Forum is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization. Moreover, it “is a forum and network for international government and military officials, academic experts, authors and entrepreneurs.” It addresses global security issues including war, terrorism, cyber-attack, climate change, resource scarcity, and economic stability. It “produces public policy recommendations and strategic advice on the major geo-political challenges of the day and for the years to come.”
