An organization focused on improving Civil-Military Interaction (CMI) and cooperation among NATO, Sponsoring Nations, and other military and civil groups. The primary goal of the CCOE is to contribute to lessons learned processes and enhance CMI. The seminar addresses the need for transformative change in CIMIC, considering changing conditions and lessons learned. It emphasizes the importance of mutual awareness of the principles of both sides for effective interaction.
