The EU’s main climate innovation initiative “working to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon economy.” It focuses on urban transitions, sustainable production systems, decision metrics & finance, and sustainable land use. Works with 270 partner organizations, including universities, business, municipalities, and NGOs to offer a variety of programs. Special interest in business acceleration and entrepreneurship. Has supported >2,000 start-ups and educated >2,000 alumni.
