Is a private nonprofit research center studying the “national and global security implications of overpopulation.” It “develops, organizes, finances, promotes, undertakes and supports research on the biomedical, psychosocial, political, and economic aspects of population growth control.” Consequently, it strives to develop “new and improved methods of contraception,” evaluate “the safety and efficacy of contraceptive methods,” and disseminate “research findings and related educational materials.”
