WEEE Forum (2002; Brussels; 14 staff; weee-forum.org)

An international association of “44 producer responsibility organizations that manage the collection and proper recycling of electrical and electronic waste.” It aims to provide a “platform for co-operation and exchange of best practices” in order to optimize the “efficiency of the operations of the member organizations in environmental performance.” The Forum also seeks to be a “center of competence that allows members to make constructive contributions to the general debate on e-waste policy matters.”
