The organization follows the vision of President Vaclav Havel, President Lech WaÅ‚Ä™sa, and Prime Minister József Antall, and supports regional cooperation among civil society organizations. It aims to foster closer collaboration among the Visegrad Group (V4) countries by providing grants to support regional partnerships among NGOs, civil society organizations, public institutions, municipalities, private companies, nonprofit organizations, and education and research centers. These partnerships contribute to cooperation in the Visegrad region. It was established by the governments of the Visegrad Group countries – Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia.
