Makram Ouaiss (Executive Director)

An independent think tank aiming to enhance governance in Lebanon and the Arab region. LCPS focuses on policy development in areas like political representation, transparency in the oil and gas sector, job creation, and more. It has influenced policy drafts, published numerous books and articles, organized debates, and led campaigns for reform. LCPS also helped establish the Lebanon Oil and Gas Coalition.
