A “joint network by the University of the Arctic and the Northern Research Forum.” It aims to combine “Studies on Geopolitics and Security Studies then draw up a holistic picture on Arctic geopolitics and Northern security.” It also strives to promote ’interdisciplinarity’ by promoting “the interplay between research and teaching, science and politics, and that between scientific and traditional knowledge(s).”
