It’s mission is to challenge current and future leaders to shape a better world. The organization runs various programs and residencies, uniting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Most programs take place at the historic Schloss Leopoldskron in Salzburg, Austria. Its work is inspired by its network of 40,000 Fellows in 180 countries. These Fellows work together to generate ideas and impacts that contribute to positive global change. The organization promotes dialogue and collaboration among leaders striving for a better world.
