Oceans Institute (2010; Fairway, Australia; 9 staff; uwa.edu.au)

Is a multidisciplinary research group working across various areas “including oceanography, ecology, engineering, resource management, and governance to address key ocean challenges.” It works with “local, state and federal governments, industry and business, research institutions and the community to help generate solutions towards the sustainable use of ocean resources.”
