An international nongovernmental organization that strives to “protect civilians in violent conflicts through unarmed strategies.” It works on building “peace side by side with local communities” as well as “advocating for the wider adoption of these approaches to safeguard human lives and dignity.” NP serves as a “communication link between warring factions, securing safe temporary housing for civilians displaced by war, and providing violence prevention measures during elections.”
