The aim is to make clean energy affordable, attractive, and accessible within this decade, accelerating progress towards the Paris Agreement’s targets and the pathways to net-zero emissions. It involves 23 countries and the European Commission, with a goal to stimulate action and investment in research, development, and demonstration.
