It’s for governments and public authorities who have implemented or plan to implement emissions trading systems (ETS). ICAP promotes cooperation among nations, sub-national entities, and supranational organizations striving to implement ETSs that limit greenhouse gas emissions. It also allows for the exchange of experiences and best practices related to emissions trading and supports capacity building in budding regions through training courses and workshops.
