It’s a project of Internews.It “trains journalists to cover a wide variety of issues, develops innovative online environmental news sites and produces content for local media – including ground-breaking investigative reports.” In an attempt to “strengthen local journalism that serves communities and policymakers on the frontlines of climate and environmental crises, enabling them to shape solutions, hold power to account and demand action. ”

  • GeoJournalism Platforms – It is a selected group of partner initiatives that “combine data journalism with traditional reporting through features such as geo-tagging, custom mapping and interactive graphics.”
