A “group of senior military leaders, security experts, and security institutions across the globe dedicated to anticipating, analyzing, and addressing the security risks of a changing climate.” IMCCS was founded and is administered by the Center for Climate and Security (CCS) and works with a variety of institutional partners.

- The World Climate and Security Report 2020 (Feb 2020, 151p) – The 12 experts consider climate-related risks in seven world regions and a security risk perception survey of 56 other experts worldwide, 1 year, 10 years, and 20 years from 2020.
