Global Sustainability Resource Center (2013; University of California, Irvine;

A center of the University of California Irvine to promote youth leadership for community resilience towards climate change and a campus culture of sustainability. They do this through a resource center that is offering students services through outreach programs, internship and fellowship placements and trainings. It relies on student input and activism that is guided by senior staff. Students can participate as volunteers but also have the chance for paid positions in the following:


  • Earth Reps
  • Campus as a Living Lab Internship
  • The Green Initiative Fund
  • Zero Waste Ambassadors
  • GSRC Social Ecology Field Study Placement
  • Climate and Food Student Fellowships
  • Energize Colleges
