The Catholic Organization for Relief and Development Aid is an international development organization “fighting poverty and exclusion in fragile and conflict areas.” It aims to “create flourishing, self-reliant communities in the world’s most fragile and conflict-affected areas.” Consequently, it uses “Performance Based Financing and local investments to secure solutions to complex problems.” Cordaid also partners up with local actors to “rebuild trust and stability by tackling multiple challenges in humanitarian aid, healthcare, education, resilience and more.”
