A global authority on animal health, which works to ensure the health of animals and their environments across the globe, recognizing that animal health affects everyone’s health and that our future security is contingent upon it. It expanded its mission to establish partnerships with other international organizations on global initiatives, develop and disseminate knowledge, monitor animal diseases, and design science-based protocols to control outbreaks before they threaten public health, livelihoods, and international trade. It has 182 members worldwide.
