A “practice and research institute dedicated to advancing effective peacebuilding.” It “aims to contribute to the improvement of conflict prevention and conflict transformation by analyzing the causes of violent conflicts and developing strategies for their peaceful transformation.” Consequently, it partners up with “local and international actors in order to combine expertise and creativity, reduce violence and promote peace in contexts affected by conflicts.”
