Is a nonprofit nonpartisan think tank striving to improve peace and security by providing policy alternatives through analysis and outreach. It strives to give pragmatic solutions and expertise to aid policy-makers in reducing “nuclear, environmental and other, transnational threats to global, regional, and national security.” It also aims to educate the general public on “the changing global security agenda” as well as “engage civil society and industry in problem-solving to help fill gaps in existing governance structures.”
