The focus is on advanced biofuels, such as renewable biodiesel and heating oils but it also produces co-products, such as glycerin, from its biodiesel production. It originally began as part of the West Central Cooperative in 1996, but was span off as its own entity in 2006. In 2022, it was acquired by Chevron.
