Previously known s the Network of Regional Governments for Sustainable Development – nrg4SD. It is now the Regions4, and represents 41 regional governments from 21 countries in 4 continents.” It’s the “global voice of regional governments (states, regions and provinces) before UN negotiations, European Union initiatives and global discussions in the fields of climate change, biodiversity and sustainable development.” The organisation works to “empower regional governments by enabling the strongest connections inside and outside the network and translating them into impactful action.”
