A think tank that is “dedicated to renewing the promise of America by continuing the quest to realize our nation’s highest ideals.” It strives to be a “civic platform that connects a research institute, technology lab, solutions network, media hub and public forum.” It aims to confront the “challenges caused by rapid technological and social change, and to seize the opportunities those changes create.” Consequently, it generates change-making ideas, “advances evidence-based public policies”, and develops “legal, political and technological tools to build democratic capacity.”
