The “permanent and operational alliance of leading organizations and enterprises”  works to bring “safe drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene to millions of people in poor communities in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.” It is a “permanent alliance that convenes opportunities and partnerships, accelerates learning and effective models, and influences the WASH space.” The Alliance also “convenes and influences governments, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations to accelerate global progress in water, sanitation, and hygiene.”
