The LSCE is a joint research unit between the CEA, the CNRS and the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin (UVSQ), located on two sites (CEA-Orme des Merisiers and CNRS Gif-sur-Yvette campuses). It is part of the Institut Pierre Simon Laplace (IPSL). The LSCE gathers about 300 researchers, engineers and administrative staff, including 150 permanent staff and several dozen students working on climate science.
