This commitment is demonstrated through collaborative efforts in education, health, economic empowerment, and environmental conservation, leading to a significant impact. The foundation has implemented several initiatives, including scholarships, mentorship programs, medical camps, tree planting, and income diversification, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life and livelihoods of tea farmers and their families. The organisation is a non-profit subsidiary of the Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) Holdings Limited, one of Kenya’s leading tea producers,
