Creates polyculture ocean farming systems to produce high yields of shellfish and seaweed in small footprints. “Less than 5% of the US’ waters would produce protein equal to 3 trillion cheeseburgers, sequester 135 M tons of carbon, create 50M new jobs, etc..”
