Global Alliance for the Future of Food

Founding Year: 2012

Staff: 6

Scott Cullen (Co-chair)

The alliance is made up of (mostly) private foundations who work together to “leverage our resources and networks to get a sustainable food system on the political, economic, and social agenda.” They focus on three main areas; agroecology, health and well-being, and true cost accounting. The coalition works to help organizations to “amplify their work, act globally, and take a position on pressing issues without compromising their own unique missions.”
