Is a non-profit organization that strives to “conserve forests and other ecosystems through the creation and wide adoption of a range of environmental finance, market, and other payment and incentive mechanisms.” In order to do so, it works on “demonstrating and disseminating cutting-edge business models, tools, and strategies for conservation” as well as diffusing reliable and transparent insights about “tracking environmental markets, innovative conservation finance, and corporate action” to help decision-makers make informed decisions when it comes to their policymaking and enforcement.
