An international network striving to “strengthen relationships between scholars, practitioners, and decision-makers working on issues related to environment, conflict, and peace.” Presently, it includes over 180 individual members in 46 countries and 6 institutional members. EP operates interest groups, webinars, and a biennial conference, with additional services under development.

- MOOC: Environmental Security and Sustaining Peaces – This 9 month MOOC “provides an in-depth introduction to the multiple roles that natural resources and the environment play in the onset, escalation, resolution of, and recovery from violent conflicts.”
- Handbook of Security and the Environment (2021, 368p) – An extensive handbook featuring leading international scholars that “tackles the increasingly urgent problem of the impact of climate change on conflict and human security.”
- Research Perspectives and Boundaries of Thought: Security, Peace, Conflict, and the Anthropocene (2021, 18p) – An article that “examines the ways in which peace, conflict and security are related to the Anthropocene” by using “different research perspectives from three disciplines, namely IR, Earth System Sciences and New Materialism/Posthumanism.”
