An energy storage company that uses gravity to regain electricity from lifted blocks, a mechanism comparable to pumped hydro plants. It employs a low tech but mostly automated solution that relies on proven technology to cheaply store energy. EV created “gravity and kinetic energy based, long-duration energy storage solutions” with the aim of “transforming the world’s approach to delivering reliable and sustainable electricity.”
