A multi-industry initiative funded by Royal Dutch Shell. It was founded “to support energy decision-makers to meet the twin objectives of economic development and climate change mitigation.” Aims to accelerate low-carbon energy systems that boost economic growth and keep global temperature below 2 degrees Celsius by informing local and sector decision-makers.
