With a focus on energy and climate policy , it works to encourage “clean energy by supporting policies that most effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions.” To this end, it uncovers the strategies that produce the largest results through customized research and analysis for decision-makers. EI haas also developed an Energy Policy Stimulator (EPS) which identifies “policies to achieve policymakers’ goals and recommend the most effective policies.”
