Initiated by the German Agency for International Co-operation (GIZ) – a government agency and one of three interconnected networks of the “Emerging Market Sustainability Dialogues”.  It is an alliance of 32 think tanks focused on the sustainability and growth challenges faced by emerging economies. It strives to “shape economic policies with informed, evidence-based recommendations, which are fed into domestic and international reform process such as the G20 Summits, COPs, and BRICS Consultations.“
