Cultural Survival is a non-profit organization that “advocates for Indigenous Peoples’ rights and supports Indigenous communities’ self-determination, cultures and political resilience.” It “employs a participatory, rights-based approach to its relationships” with Indigenous people in a way that advocates for their rights while honoring their traditional way of life. CS’ programs work to provide the necessary resources and support to assist “Indigenous communities to organize and shape their futures in ways consistent with their traditions, languages, cultures.”
