Is also known as the Stiglitz-Sen-Fitoussi Commission after its founders Joseph E. Stiglitz, Amartya Sen, and Jean-Paul Fitoussi. CMEPSP is a commission of inquiry affiliated with the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. It “collects, analyses and disseminates information on the French economy and society” by mobilising a wide array of skills and recruiting professional civil servants as well as non-tenured employees into new careers every year.
