Is an independent non-profit advisory organization and think tank. It seeks to improve energy and land use policies throughout the world with a particular focus on tracking global climate finance. CPI also “helps governments, businesses, and financial institutions drive economic growth while addressing climate change.” Its offices are based in “places that provide the most potential for policy impact” such as Brazil, China, Europe, India, Indonesia, and the U.S.
