The labor-led organization works to combat climate change, create good union jobs, and reverse racial and economic inequality by building a worker-centered renewable economy. It “provides strategic and technical support to state-led coalitions to develop action plans specific to their states.” In this manner, it strives to create “good and clean jobs, organize union members around the plan, and advocate for its implementation.”
