The City of Knowledge Foundation is a government-sponsored collection of “academic, scientific, humanistic and corporate institutions” working together to “further human and sustainable development, based on knowledge.” It aims to “connect the country to worldwide knowledge networks, thus making a lasting contribution to the sustainable development not only of Panama but throughout the region.”
