It is a “teaching and research centre with a mandate in multi- and inter-disciplinary approach to Sustainability issues.” It aims to provide an intellectual platform for the identification of issues germane to sustainable development. To do so, it works to “critically analyse the issues” to aid the leadership in “finding enduring solutions that will enhance sustainable development.”
