An academic center conducting “studies on the political, military, economic, and social issues of interest to Jordan and the Arab world.” It is particularly interested in issues related to “the security of the region and affecting its future.” Furthermore, CSS conducts opinion polls in order to “provide researchers and policymakers with the necessary facts and data”. It also organizes events, activities, seminars and conferences.
