CICERO is a private, independent and interdisciplinary research organization for environmental studies and climate research affiliated with the University of Oslo. It strives to acquire insights which can contribute to the mitigation of climate issues and the improvement of international climate cooperation. In order to do so, the center conducts research and provides reports as well as expert advice regarding international climate change and policy.
