A regional, technical non-profit organization dedicated “to promoting and facilitating equitable participation and effective collaboration in the management of natural resources critical to development in the Caribbean islands.” It strives to provide people with a better quality of life and conserve natural resources “through action learning and research, capacity building and fostering partnerships.”
