A coalition of NGOs “that is working to ban fully autonomous weapons and thereby retain meaningful human control over the use of force.” This means that they are against robotic weapons able to choose and fire on targets on their own, without human intervention. Governed by a steering committee with five international NGOs and NGO Networks (including Human Rights Wash, Amnesty International and Pugwash).
