Sandy Blalock (executive director)

Promotes a certified recyclers program for reuse of recycled original equipment (ROE; original manufactured parts), and training through ARA University. Sets standards for environmental and safety issues. Publishes magazine Automotive Recycling, and keeps a membership roster of approximately 4000 businesses.  Hosts regional and national conferences on parts recycling and disposal of vehicles.
