Its goal is to build intellectual leadership and a network for understanding and developing competitiveness in the Asia region. It aims to enhance inclusive growth, living standards, and institutional governance through competitiveness research on sub-national economies in Asia. It is based at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
