Santa Clara University Center for Sustainability (2013, before Office of Sustainability from 2007; Santa Clara CA; 6 staff; https://www.scu.edu/sustainability/)

The goal is to advance “academic and public understanding of the ways in which social justice and sustainability intersect by integrating principles of social, environmental, and economic sustainability into campus operations, academic and student life, and outreach programs.” 93% of Santa Clara departments offer sustainability courses through minors. The center offers a master degree in Sustainable Energy, GreenSpace Certificates for climate, waste, and culture, a sustainability fund, etc.
