Legal Planet (N/A; Berkeley, CA; 31 contributors; legal-planet.org)
An independent, academic law and policy blog that is a collaboration between faculty at UC Berkeley School of Law and UCLA School of Law. Provides insight and analysis on energy and environmental law and policy. Climate change drives the project. The goal is to bridge law and policy and translate the latest developments in a way that’s understandable to a mass audience. Covers court decisions, regulatory actions, and state legislation that effect climate change policy, water resource management, toxic waste disposal, renewable energy, air quality, land use, and more. They accept infrequent guest posts that are generally reserved for outside academics whose expertise differs from that of existing contributors.
